AIM Overseas is dedicated to supporting the growth of Australia’s outbound mobility programs. Our team, with many years of experience in managing small and large projects in student mobility, is able to assist Australian universities and VET providers grow their outbound mobility programs. AIM Overseas has expertise in outbound mobility in Australia and has experience in consulting to a variety of organisations, including governments and education institutions, around the country.
Areas where AIM Overseas is able to provide advice and consultancy include policy, strategy, promotions, systems, integration, dual degrees, leadership, scholarships and alumni. We can identify gaps in mobility, seek and develop appropriate program possibilities and implement those opportunities on behalf of Australian institutions.

AIM Overseas Expertise
Rob Malicki and Marine Hautemont are the directors of AIM Overseas.
Rob Malicki is regarded as one of Australia’s foremost experts on the outbound mobility of Australian students. He spent 5 years working with one of Australia’s leading university outbound mobility programs at Macquarie University in Sydney. During this time he also served 3 years as chair of the national Study Abroad and Exchange interest group (part of the ISANA organisation), founded and ran the National Forum on Outbound Mobility, chaired the steering committee for the National Post-Exchange Student Conference and arranged the Australian Exchange Fair Circuit. Rob has consulted widely with institutions and government and has presented extensively at conferences and seminars both in Australia and abroad. He is the author of the Outbound Mobility Best Practice Guide for Australian Universities, and co-author of the Australian VET Providers Outbound Mobility Toolkit.
Marine Hautemont moved to Australia from France in 2001 to complete a Master of Arts in International Communication. She has experience as a Marketing Manager in both the publishing and international education industries and has spent a number of years working as an international marketer for Asia and Europe. Her areas of expertise include print and online communication, marketing of international programs, students management systems and business development and strategy. Marine is on the board of the Australian Exchange Alumni Network and Executive Director of The Scholarships for Australians Studying Overseas Foundation.
